Zhu Zhu Pets Grooming Salon – Top Ten Toy this Christmas
The best selling sensation in 2009 has returned to the best sellers list this year. The Zhu Zhu Pets Grooming Salon is tipped to be a best seller this Christmas. The collection originally featured only hamsters but has now been expanded to include a Raccoon, Bunny, Skunk and Hedgehog. This is really exciting for all the little girls who are into Zhu Zhu Pets.
Every pet needs grooming and these hamsters and their friends are no exception. They can head to the Zhu Zhu pets grooming salon where they will be pampered from head to foot. There are mirrors and brushes as well as various grooming supplies. My nieces love all the little accessories that come with these sets.
When your Zhu Zhu pet sits in the chair it activates the old fashioned hood dryer and lights up the salon mirrors. There is also a wash bowl, 3 other mirrors and various bits and pieces you would expect to find in a salon i.e. brushes, combs, shampoo etc. Yep, just like a real grooming salon.
So who are the Zhu Zhu pets? These adorable hamsters caused a major stir when they were released in 2009. Kids the world over not to mention some adults fell in love with them and everyone started collecting these furry friends. They are like real hamsters without the mess. They work on batteries and make over 40 sounds. Some people have bought them for old people living alone who like the idea of having some company without having the hassle factor associated with a live pet. Grandmas love them too.
The original was Mr. Squiggles and he probably remains the favorite but his friends are catching up. When he first arrives, there was only Num Nums, Pip Squeak and Chunk also on sales. There is now a much wider choice than was available when they were first launched. In addition to the original four you can now buy Patches, Jilly, Scoodles, Winkle, Nugget as well as the aforementioned other creatures that have joined the family.
In addition to the Zhu Zhu Pets Grooming Salon, you can also buy the funhouse, hamster wheel, blanket and bed and a host of other accessories for your new pets. If your child wants the salon don’t leave it to the last minute to buy it or you could end up paying a lot more money for this toy if you can still find it.
