Duplex jobs and the like may drop output to 30 pages, but that’s about it. With so many different types of connection ports, it’s easy enough to get one connected to a network and off to the races.
Toners and Maintenance. The Dell 5210n, like most Dell products, is set up with one year of 24/7 on-site service, if needed. That can be extended a further 4 years, for a fee. The Dell 5210n laser toner cartridge puts out 10,000 pages and optional cartridges can double that amount, which makes the Dell unlikely to see much in the way of service calls.
Summary. The Dell 5210n Printer is an ideal candidate for medium-sized workgroups. It’s easily integrated into any network through its USB2.0 or Ethernet ports, and there’s an option for wireless 802.11b/g connectivity, which is sure to please any IT professional. The printer itself comes with the Dell 5210n Toner cartridge, which is rated at 10,000 pages. Optional laser toner cartridges can double that capacity. It also uses Dell’s Toner Management System, which checks for low toner and then warns its users to reorder more.
