How much would this tattoo cost and how long would it take?
This is a follow up to my last question, about a tatt of an owls eye that im getting on my hand. A have decided that the breed i want is the Eastern Screech owl which is gray and white (speckled kinda) with pale eyes. the tattoo will be a fairly detailed close up of the eye and surrounding feathers, and i want it to begin just under my thumb before the start of my wrist (thats where the eye will be) and to continue only as far as the start of my pointer finger and only covering at most a third of the back of my hand (approx 3cm by 3cm?).
Considering the colours, detail, area and size, how much should i expect this to cost and how long would it take? id mostly like to hear from professionals or people who have tattoos that are a similar size etc Thanks 
i did go to a tattoo artist and he wouldnt do an estimate because he refused to do a tattoo on my hand. 
They would prob charge u just over the min price so depending on were u go prob about $130? my last tattoo cost $80 up in queensland(Im from Vic on saturday and I just had the stargate thing for earth and my partners tat was like $160 and he had his whole spine done but I would call ito some places with a pic and they can give u a price and dont get on the palm cos it wears off easier
